Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to pack all orders securely, but once a package is with the shipping carrier, its safety is outside of our control. Meruem Clothing is not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
Lost Packages: If tracking information indicates your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Reshipment or refunds for confirmed lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Delivered but Not Received (Stolen): If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please first check around your property, with neighbours, or building management. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Meruem Clothing cannot assume responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information (including a phone number for international orders).

Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional reshipping fees payable by the customer.
Returned Packages
